“The Keys Are Calling!” Election Day Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR VOTING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR VOTE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

C3 Business Solutions, Inc. d/b/a C3 Solutions and Crystal Clear Credit (“Sponsor”), 4171 Lomac St, Ste F10, Montgomery, AL 36106. Questions: info@getcrystalclearcredit.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry and live in a state where Sponsor is able to provide credit repair services. Not open to Sponsor's employees, contractors and their immediate household members, or to anyone who is a current paying client of Sponsor at the time of entry. Past clients and people already in Sponsor's contact list who are not current paying clients may enter.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins November 3, 2026 and ends November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the official entry form at keys.getcrystalclearcredit.com during the Entry Period with your name, email address and mobile number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries are matched by email address and mobile number; duplicate submissions are combined into one entry. Following, tagging, sharing or commenting on social media is appreciated but optional and does not create an entry or affect your odds. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.

5. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded:

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,000. Prizes are credit repair services only. They are not cash, are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Sponsor does not guarantee any specific result, score increase, deletion or loan approval.

Winner responsibilities. Sponsor's service requires the winner to keep an approved credit monitoring subscription active for the entire service period, paid by the winner (currently about $29.99 per month). Sponsor cannot pay for monitoring on a winner's behalf. Each winner must also sign Sponsor's standard service agreement and provide identity documents required to dispute on their behalf. Service begins after the agreement and documents are received. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Drawing and Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be recorded. Each eligible entry receives an entry number and has an equal chance of being drawn. The first entry drawn wins the Grand Prize; the next two win Running Mate Prizes. Three (3) alternates will also be drawn in order. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Potential winners will be notified by text and email using the contact details on their entry. A potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification to claim. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible or declines, the prize goes to the next alternate in order. If a winner is already enrolled in a paid Sponsor program they started after entering, Sponsor will apply the prize value toward that program.

8. Publicity

Sponsor may announce winners by first name and last initial. Sponsor will ask for a winner's separate written permission before using their photo, video, testimonial or any credit results.

9. Communications and Privacy

Information collected is used to run this giveaway and is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Giveaway texts and emails about your entry and any win are sent as described on the entry form. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in, which is not required to enter. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. See the SMS Terms.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it and award prizes from eligible entries received before that time. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

11. Not Affiliated

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform, or any political campaign, party, candidate or election authority. The election theme is parody.
